Partners Advance Key Milestones at 3rd Partner and Steering Committee Meeting in Zadar

On July 1st, 2025, partners of the TRANSPONEXT project gathered in Zadar, Croatia, for a successful 3rd Partner and Steering Committee Meeting. The event served as a crucial checkpoint to review significant project progress and to strategize the next steps for enhancing intermodal transport solutions across the Italy-Croatia area.
Review of Project Progress
The agenda was packed with key updates on the project's Work Packages, demonstrating tangible results and strong collaboration.

Work Package 1: Presented by KIP, this session highlighted the completion of foundational documents, including the "Assessment of territorial challenges and needs" for both Italy (D.1.1.2) and Croatia (D.1.1.3).

Work Package 2: Led by ELEVANTE, this segment featured a productive roundtable discussion on the advancement of pilot actions with various partners.

Evaluation and Strategic Planning
A significant portion of the meeting was dedicated to evaluation and looking ahead. External evaluator Tajana Brajković presented the mid-term external evaluation report, offering valuable insights into the project's performance.
Following this, the committee focused on preparing for the upcoming mid-term review by the Joint Secretariat (JS), ensuring all partners are aligned for this important assessment. The meeting also covered essential updates on Project Management and Communication. The day concluded with a collaborative Q&A session and a social dinner, reinforcing the strong partnership and setting a positive tone for future work.
