At the workshop, which was attended by a large number of agriculture producers from the area of the city of Šibenik, the lecturer Ana Marušić Lisac, from the BIOTECHNICON presented the possibilities and limitations of the procedures for introducing certificates and labels, and primarily their significance for sustainable tourism to raise the level of knowledge and innovation.
Given that BIOTECHNICON has been one of the leading certification bodies in Croatia for more than 20 years, the participants had the opportunity to learn all the necessary steps for entering the system of organic agriculture and production, as well as the obligations that entry into the system entails. The next workshop will be held next week in Drniš.
