TAKE IT SLOW project was presented at this year's International Venice Biennale Cinema, on September 2nd, 2021.

On September 2nd in Venice, Italy, at the event organized by Italy-Croatia CBC Programme, the TAKE IT SLOW project was presented by Mirela Raič, a representative for the Lead partner, Dubrovnik Neretva County.

This event aimed to raise awareness about operations of the Italy-Croatia CBC Programme and its projects and improve the knowledge related to the use of EU funds of the media representatives while highlighting also their cultural and visual components.

The event also dealt with the cultural and communication dimension of European projects of the INTERREG Italy-Croatia Cross-Border Cooperation Program, and as part of the TAKE IT SLOW presentation, a project video promoting the cultural and natural heritage of 12 partners participating in the project was shown. Through the project itself, simple solutions for managing micro-tourist destinations will be designed so that local communities can cope with the impacts of (mass) tourism, but also preserve such heritage and lifestyle.

The project video shown at the event is available on the official TAKE IT SLOW YouTube channel and it can be watched here.
