This Small-scale project shares a cross-border approach that emphasizes the competitive development of the Mediterranean region. Its primary objective is to foster a new cooperation system among SME representatives, entrepreneurs, and financial institutions, ultimately contributing to regional economic growth and employment opportunities. Through feasibility studies and knowledge transfer, the project aims to establish a guaranteed credit facilitation process and promote the development and commercialization of prototypes.
