Project Partners met to Review Implementation Progress and Upcoming Steps

On 9 June 2026, the partners of the MILEPORT project gathered online for a Project Steering Committee meeting to review the progress achieved so far and discuss the upcoming activities foreseen in the next phase of project implementation.
The meeting provided an important opportunity for all partners to exchange updates on the ongoing pilot actions being developed across the project area. Participants presented the current status of their local activities, highlighting the progress made in testing innovative digital solutions aimed at improving port accessibility, optimizing traffic flows, enhancing operational efficiency, and strengthening coordination among the various stakeholders involved in port and logistics processes.
Particular attention was dedicated to the experiences gained during the implementation phase and to the preliminary results emerging from the pilot actions. The discussion allowed partners to share insights, identify common challenges, and explore opportunities for further cooperation and knowledge exchange.
The Steering Committee also focused on the future development of the project activities, discussing possible approaches to maximize the impact of the solutions being tested and to support their wider adoption across the Adriatic area. The exchange of views contributed to defining a common direction for the next stages of implementation and to reinforcing cooperation among project partners.
The meeting confirmed the strong commitment of all partners to the successful achievement of the project objectives and represented a valuable occasion to align ongoing activities, monitor progress, and define the next steps for the months ahead
