Strengthening Marine Protection and Management
To enhance the protection and sustainable management of three Marine Adriatic Parks (MAPAs) in Croatia (around the Island of Silba) and Italy (Parco del Conero and Foce Trigno), the project is developing and implementing joint strategies and action plans. These initiatives address common challenges, improve biodiversity preservation, and increase the efficiency of habitat monitoring and research.
These are the Final Outputs to achieve:
- Joint Strategy and Action Plan for strengthening MAPAs.
- Joint MAPA Platform to support marine conservation efforts
