First INABLE Digital Workshop: E-R Digital Agenda and DESIER Index

On THURSDAY 27th JUNE, at 9:30 AM we organized the first INABLE Digital Workshop. We were glad to host Matteo Bolis from Emilia-Romagna Region, who showcased the DESIER Index and the Regional Digital Agenda. Video and slides are available.
After a first introduction about the regional Digital Agenda main features, the workshop focused on the DESIER, the regional index to asses the digitalisation performance at the municipal level.
It represents a remarkable tool for policymakers and researchers to assess and elaborate data-driven policies, with a municipal detail.
