Po di Volano Wetland Contract: Second Action Plan Workshop in Marozzo

On May 22nd, 2026, the second workshop dedicated to the definition of the Action Plan for the Po di Volano Wetland Contract was held in Marozzo (Lagosanto) within the framework of the GREW project, funded by the Interreg Italy–Croatia Programme. The meeting brought together public institutions, private stakeholders and local partners to further refine the actions and monitoring indicators aimed at improving the climate resilience of coastal wetlands.
The workshop focused on identifying responsibilities and partnerships for the implementation of the proposed measures, fostering a collaborative governance approach. The Action Plan addresses key strategic themes including biodiversity protection, hydraulic safety, integrated planning, sustainable use of the territory and the enhancement of local accessibility and connections.
The initiative confirms the commitment of the Consorzio di Bonifica Pianura di Ferrara and project partners to promoting concrete and shared solutions for the sustainable regeneration and long-term resilience of the Po di Volano area.
