Kick-off meeting held in Split
We are pleased to announce the Kick-off Meeting of the EfficientN2K project, which will take place on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, in Split marking the official launch of this important initiative dedicated to preserving natural resources in protected areas.
Protected areas are the cornerstone of biodiversity conservation. They provide numerous benefits for humans and play a vital role in mitigating and adapting to climate change. The EfficientN2K project aims to enhance collaboration among institutions involved in monitoring and enforcement within protected coastal and marine Natura 2000 areas in Italy and Croatia to ensure the effective protection of these critical natural resources.
The Kick-off Meeting will serve as an opportunity to present the project's objectives, activities, and expected outcomes, with a focus on strengthening cross-border cooperation and knowledge exchange among experts and stakeholders engaged in the conservation of these valuable ecosystems.
