Final DIGITAL PLAN Steering Committee Meeting

The second part of the day of the event in Dubrovnik on 27 August 2026 was dedicated to the project’s final Steering Committee meeting. As the DIGITAL PLAN project comes to an end, project partners gathered to review the final activities, discuss the results achieved and reflect on the cooperation developed throughout the project.
The meeting included updates on the final pilot deployments, capacity-building activities, Civil Protection Info Days and Digital Civil Protection Seminars. Partners also reviewed the project’s financial aspects, communication activities and the remaining steps needed to ensure the successful completion of all project tasks.
The meeting provided an important opportunity to exchange experiences, discuss the lessons learned and assess the impact of the activities implemented in Croatia and Italy. Particular attention was given to the sustainability of the project results and the continued use of digital tools and solutions to support civil protection authorities and improve cooperation across borders.
After months of joint work, coordination and knowledge exchange, the final Steering Committee meeting offered a valuable opportunity to bring the project activities to a close in a constructive and collaborative atmosphere. It also highlighted the strong partnership established between the participating organisations and the importance of continued cooperation in the field of digital civil protection.
