Cyros at the heart of Adriatic green mobility
On 17–18 February 2026, the Abruzzo Region will host the roundtables of the CYROS – Adriatic Ionian Cycle Route for Sustainable Tourism project, a European initiative combining sustainable mobility, tourism and Italy–Croatia cooperation.
Two days of dialogue with institutions, businesses, tourism operators, mobility experts, cultural and innovation stakeholders to help shape the Integrated Plan for Sustainable Tourism and Adriatic Cross-border Mobility.
Main goals:
✅ Strengthen connections between coast and inland areas
✅ Enhance cycle routes, soft mobility and intermodality
✅ Promote villages, nature and cultural heritage
✅ Position Abruzzo as a key hub in the Adriatic tourism corridor
A participatory path to design the future of green mobility and sustainable tourism in the region.
