Upcoming event: Bilateral Meeting in Pescara Adapting to climate change in territorial planning tools
The upcoming bilateral meeting Adapting to climate change in territorial planning tools will take place on 19–20 May 2026 in Pescara, Italy, at the Sala Camplone, Chamber of Commerce Chieti-Pescara.
Organised within Activity A1.5 – Cross-border exchange of good practices in the application of climate change adaptation solutions, the event will bring together Croatian and Italian project partners, institutional representatives, public authorities, universities, and technical experts to exchange experiences and strengthen cross-border cooperation on climate adaptation in territorial planning.
The first day will be dedicated to the Consortium Meeting and Steering Committee Meeting, where project partners will review implementation progress across project work packages and coordinate upcoming activities.
The second day will focus on the bilateral exchange event, featuring institutional greetings, technical presentations, and discussions on climate adaptation policies and planning approaches in Italy and Croatia.

coastal vulnerability and erosion
nature-based solutions
regional and municipal planning tools
climate scenarios and risk assessment
integration of environmental criteria into planning processes
