Events and meetings, the CReAIT project shines in the Marche Region

18/09/2024

September was a crucial month for the CReAIT project. In addition to the meeting and discussion among stakeholders, organised in Trogir from 10 to 12 September, the project focusing on inclusive tourism also developed in Italy, in the Marche Region.

In fact, the Alzheimer Fest was held in the city of Senigallia: an event in stages that offered moments of in-depth study, activities, workshops, and entertainment to families, operators, and individuals affected by this pathology.

An initiative that was articulated throughout the city and met with considerable success, among the various projects presented was CReAIT, which highlighted the importance of the recipes developed for additional services, solutions and events for accessible and inclusive tourism.

On the same day, Saturday 7 September, activities also continued in the city of Fermo: the focus of the project development.

The free event, organised by Discover Marche, called ‘Inclusion in Motion’, paths for the promotion of accessible and inclusive tourism, included both a sailing experience thanks to the association ‘Liberi nel Vento’ and a special-bike tour thanks to Discover Marche. At the end, the participants gathered at the Hotel Royal for an aperitif. The activities also involved Porto San Giorgio.

On Saturday 14 September, ‘Inclusion on the Move’ was repeated with a visit to the Roman Cisterns, all accompanied by workshop activities, thanks to Fermo Musei.

Also on the programme were urban trekking activities at the Percorso delle Fonti and a storytelling with the presence of a Psiche2000 educator. Also on this occasion an aperitif was offered at Fonte Fallera to conclude the day.
