Between history, beauty and new strategies, CReAIT conquers Trogir

CReAIT develops recipes for additional services, solutions and events for accessible and inclusive tourism, involving administrators, operators, tourists with special needs and the local communities of the two cities: Fermo and Trogir.
And it was precisely in Trogir that the partners met again to continue the work in presence and plan the last months of work both in terms of co-design and to report on the activities carried out so far by the stakeholders.
On the first day, the in-presence meeting was held involving: COOSS, the lead partner, the Municipality of Fermo, the Municipality of Trogir and Cedra, a valuable opportunity to take stock of the state of the art of the project and to plan the next appointments (the partners will meet in November in Fermo). During the meeting, the working team also focused on communication strategies as a key tool in the capitalisation process.
On the second day, the Italian and Croatian stakeholders met for the first time. They shared experiences and illustrated benefits and results, presenting the work carried out in recent months.
During the three days in Croatia, there was the opportunity to visit the beauties of the small town on the shores of the Adriatic Sea. In fact, at the end of the work, partners and stakeholders were guests of the Municipality of Trogir in the beautiful Kamerlengo Castle and in the town museum. The guests were able to enjoy a guided tour of the town and visit the sites involved by CReAIT. In addition, the project aims and results were presented to the press, who followed the activities at the various sites and viewed the results proposed by the Croatian working team.
The aim is to lay the foundations for sharing and co-creating a future strategy to stabilise cooperation at a local and cross-border level by building a strong and collaborative team to promote the sustainability of the project.
