3rd Regional Lab and Regional Conference
The 3rd Regional Lab and Regional Conference of the BEYOND project will take place on April 14, 2026, in Bari, bringing together key stakeholders to discuss the role of offshore wind in sustainable regional development.
Hosted at the Regione Puglia Headquarters, the event will gather project partners, experts, institutional representatives, and other relevant stakeholders to exchange knowledge and insights on the future of the blue economy in the region.
The conference, titled “Offshore wind in Puglia: planning, impacts, and prospects for sustainable development,” will focus on the strategic importance of offshore wind energy in supporting the energy transition and fostering sustainable growth. Participants will have the opportunity to explore research findings and analyses developed within the project, as well as gain a deeper understanding of planning processes, environmental considerations, and socio-economic impacts.
Particular attention will be given to technological innovation and the role of offshore wind in advancing decarbonization efforts. The event will conclude with a round table discussion, offering space for dialogue, exchange of perspectives, and the formulation of recommendations for the future development of the sector.
The event will be held from 9:30 AM to 1:15 PM at the Regione Puglia Headquarters (5th Floor Hall, Building B, Via Gentile 52).
