On 22 January 2026, the 14th COM Meetup & Training on AI and Project Communication took place in Venice, at Palazzo Grandi Stazioni – Sala Polifunzionale.
The event brought together communication and project professionals for a focused exchange on improving project communication practices, with particular attention to the use of artificial intelligence tools. The programme combined a COM Meetup session with two practical workshops addressing key challenges in contemporary communication work.
Participants explored how AI tools can support project communication processes, including the simplification of complex texts, story structuring, and the drafting of content for websites and social media. The training encouraged active discussion, knowledge sharing, and hands-on reflection on real communication needs within projects.
