4th Partner Meeting and 3rd Transregional SBE Lab

On 29–30 October 2025, the 4th Partner Meeting and 3rd Transregional SBE Lab of the BEYOND project were successfully held in Labin, bringing together all project partners from Italy and Croatia. The event was organised by IRENA, the Lead Partner of the project.
The meeting featured presentations from stakeholders and interactive focus groups, where experts from various fields engaged in in-depth discussions on the project’s key themes. Partners exchanged insights, explored challenges, and prepared strategic steps forward.
BEYOND aims to transform offshore wind power farms (OWFs) in the Adriatic Sea into catalysts for sustainable development across multiple blue-economy sectors. The project seeks to establish a knowledge base regarding the natural, technical, and legal frameworks for offshore wind energy in selected pilot regions and to develop inclusive OWF models that maximise synergies with the marine ecosystem, local communities, and adjacent sectors such as green hydrogen production.
The collaborative sessions reinforced cross-border cooperation between Italian and Croatian partners, highlighting their shared commitment to innovation, knowledge exchange, and sustainable development within the BEYOND project.
