Dissemination event in Ancona - La Bussola e il Vento

On 21st May, CNA Ancona organized an event within the framework of the Interreg Italy–Croatia project BEST4.0, contributing to strengthening cross-border cooperation, innovation capacity and the competitiveness of SMEs in the maritime sector, as well as to disseminate the results of the activities held so far.
The event, which was held at the Mole Vanvitelliana in Ancona, brought together over 120 participants, including entrepreneurs, stakeholders, technicians and industry experts. The initiative confirmed its role as a key networking platform for the nautical supply chain in Central Italy, enabling around 50 SMEs to engage directly with major shipyards such as Fincantieri, CRN (Ferretti Group) and Cantiere delle Marche.
During the event, Lucia Trenta, Head of CNA Nautica and Project Manager of BEST4.0, presented the activities carried out so far within the project and outlined the upcoming actions, with a particular focus on the provision of specialised services to the 10 SMEs selected through the dedicated call.
The event also featured sector insights from CNA Nautica representatives and the presentation of preliminary findings from the 9th National Report on the shipbuilding supply chain. The following B2B sessions facilitated concrete business interactions and fostered new partnerships, while dedicated innovation desks highlighted opportunities in digitalization, technology transfer, and advanced services.
