The ARCHAEODIGIT deliverables present the main results of cross-border cooperation between Italy and Croatia in the preservation, interpretation, and valorisation of archaeological heritage. They include methodologies, training materials, digital tools, and pilot actions aimed at strengthening the link between cultural heritage and sustainable tourism. Overall, they reflect the project’s focus on innovation, capacity building, and digital technologies, forming a shared knowledge base for the long-term protection and promotion of archaeological heritage.

Management and Valorisation of Archaeological Heritage
To develop a shared Italian–Croatian methodology for the conservation, interpretation, and valorisation of archaeological sites, the project conducted an analysis of the current situation in the pilot areas and identified relevant European best practices. On this basis, an integrated methodology was developed, combining digital tools, participatory approaches, and sustainable tourism management strategies.

Training and Skills Development
Training and Skills Development
To enable the effective use of the ARCHAEODIGIT Methodology, the project developed a training plan targeting cultural and tourism operators as well as NEETs in the Italian–Croatian area. Through transnational masterclasses, in-person training courses, mentorship activities, MOOCs, and podcasts, these actions delivered practical knowledge for the digital management and valorisation of archaeological sites.
