AltRoute develops a common methodology for thematic workshops

During the first project implementation period, AltRoute partners jointly developed a common Methodology for the implementation of thematic workshops.
The methodology provides a shared framework for the three-day workshops that will be organised in the partner territories. The workshops will focus on traditional food and drink production, zero-waste souvenirs and traditional cooking practices, combining storytelling, practical hands-on activities and the exchange of knowledge between generations.
Through the involvement of senior citizens, local knowledge holders, chefs, producers and younger generations, the workshops will contribute to preserving local culinary traditions and transferring valuable knowledge and skills within local communities.
The workshops will be implemented during the next phase of the AltRoute – Alternative Tourism Paths project.
