The Kick-off Meeting of the small-scale project ADRIAVIVA – Adriatic Living Heritage (Interreg Italy-Croatia Programme 2021–2027) will take place on-site in Umag (Croatia) on 23–24 February, at the Municipality of Umag – Italian Community “Fulvio Tomizza” (Brolo 1).

The meeting is organised by the Lead Partner, Umag City Library, and will gather representatives of all project partners: Tourist Association Motovun (PP2), Discover Marche di Anastasia Nicu (PP3) and Piceno Lab of Mediterranean Diet (PP4).

During the two-day meeting, partners will officially launch the initiative and present their organisations, followed by an overview of the project strategy, methodology, activities, deliverables and deadlines. The programme also includes sessions dedicated to project management, risk management, financial reporting, communication and editorial planning, as well as monitoring, quality control and evaluation procedures. Representatives of the Joint Secretariat will provide guidance on the main aspects of the 2021–2027 programming period and key elements for successful implementation.

The event will conclude with a Steering Committee meeting, open discussion among partners and a press conference presenting the project’s objectives and expected results to the public.
