The project Zero Waste Blue, is capitalizing IPA Adriatic Zero Waste project, and is aimed at protecting and promoting natural and cultural heritage by the means of shared methodologies and cooperation strategies for better governance and policy instruments development and by the means of creating a joint touristic follow-up, focused on sustainable sport events of high attractiveness capacity, able to promote social inclusion and involve all ages local community members and public-private stakeholders.

Town of Opatija is municipality whose economy is mostly designed from tourism and accompanying services. Opatija as local Municipality, within its sphere of action, is dealing with issues of local importance which directly address the needs of citizens which are not constitutionally or legally assigned to government bodies of Republic of Croatia.

University of Rijeka - Faculty of tourism and hospitality management
Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management
FTHM is the legal entity within the University of Rijeka, consisting of 7 institutes and performing study programs from undergraduate to doctoral studies and LLL programs. The mission of the Faculty is to take part, through teaching and research work, in the realization of the new development model for Croatian tourism, which will appropriately present natural attractions, and cultural values of Croatia. FTHM has over 10 years of experience in EU project management and implementation.

Zadar County Development Agency Zadra Nova
Zadar County Development Agency ZADRA NOVA was established in 2013 by the Zadar County and the City of Zadar. The Zadar County Development Agency ZADRA NOVA provides systematic support with the establishing and further development of the Zadar County. ZADRA NOVA actively participates in the preparation and implementation of EU projects of local, county and regional significance and in the drafting of local and county development strategies.

Dubrovnik and Neretva County
Dubrovnik and Neretva Region (DNR) is the southernmost region in Croatia. DNR is responsible for spatial planning, the development of schools and health institutions, tourism and shipping, environmental protection, etc. DNR has EU preparation and implementation experience, with great success in implementing projects in many different areas: environmental protection, rural tourism, rural development, agriculture, institutional cooperation and coordination, culture, transport, IT, etc.

Veneto Region - Tourism department
Veneto Region is a public regional body. Tourism Department deals with regional tourism policies. Since 2011 Tourism Department has been involved in the cooperation through a Unit specialized in ECT projects, with the huge opportunity to develop, carry out better innovative approaches, actions and tools linked to regional tourism policies, working together with European institutions and partners on the one hand and with the stakeholders and the territory on the other.

Molise Region - Service of the cabinet of the president and the institutional affairs
Molise Region is a public regional body. Its administrative organization is divided into several departments, which pursue specific activities and objectives. The Tourism Department deals with regional tourism policies and works in close cooperation with the European Territorial Cooperation Service, a specific unit with project managers and assistants created with the purpose of providing technical assistance to the other departments of the Region involved in ETC projects.

Municipality of Ancona
The European Programmes Office promotes local, national and European projects in the fields of environment, tourism, youth, sport, social policies and local development. The Office hosts the general secretary of the Forum of Adriatic and Ionian Cities (www.faic.eu) and coordinates the European Policies Associated Service (SAPE), a group of 11 local authorities working together in the field of European Policies.

Veneto Innovazione is the in-house Agency for research, innovation and technology transfer aiming to promote applied research and innovation in the Veneto Region. It provides support to the Regional Authority in the policy making process and it implements and monitor regional policies on RTD and Innovation. It manages regional, national and European, projects on research, innovation and local development related topics. It offers innovation support services to academia, business and clusters.
