Carlo Giacobini is the responsible director of HandyLex.org, an information system on the complex legislative issues related to disability; Head of the Center for Legislative Documentation of the Italian Union for the Fight against Muscular Dystrophy, National Directorate and Head of Iura, Agency for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (promoted by the Italian Union of the Blind and Visually Impaired).

Presentation of the postcards dedicated to the cultural heritage of Ravenna, made with innovative technology and Braille language and of the promotional video with dubbing LIS (International Sign Language) The director Fabrizio Varesco and the testimonial Laura Rampini will take part to the event.
