On the first day, after a welcome and introduction to the Meeting by LP, a Project management slot follows after which the Meeting focus will be switch to technical and thematic work packages

- WP2 (COMMUNICATION ACTIVITIES), WP3 (PILOT TESTING FOR CO-DESIGNING HD URBAN STRATEGIES), WP4 (PORT CITIES STORYTELLING FOR HD ENTREPRENEURIAL INNOVATION) 

and WP5 (COMMUNITY BUILDING TO PROMOTE HD JOINT DEVELOPMENT) in order to share the status of the implementation and the upcoming deadlines and actions. 

On the second day is planned the most creative part of the meeting which also will contribute to project results quality, and it is worthful for partners experience exchange -  Deep Dive Session with the Task Force 1 and 2, the specialized Task Force 3 meeting, and finally, the Round table with discussion and AOB slots. 

Around noon of that day is predicted a time to take a Steering Committee Meeting, and in the end, follows the meeting closure.
