Presenting Region of Istria digital Cookbook in English created within the TAKE IT SLOW project.

To provide sustainability of project results Region of Istria has realized a digital Cookbook in 6 languages with traditional Istrian recipes of Venetian origins, emphasizing cross-border heritage.

The cookbook is accompanied by a calendar with a planner.
