Through a series of lectures and workshops, the aim is to promote sustainable agriculture in Dalmatia, to educate citizens, future and current producers of herbs, fruits, and vegetables about the possibilities of growing, processing, placing, and using plants; connect producers with processors and the tourism sector and ultimately contribute to the promotion and positioning of this sector in the entire Adriatic region.

The main lecturer, prof. B.Sc. ing. agr . Goran Vitanović, the owner of OPG "Art of Essence ", is an active promoter of organic farming and permaculture, and since 1996 has been engaged in the cultivation and processing of vegetables, fruits, olives, and immortelles, as well as the production of essential oils from wild plants.

Lectures are open, free for all interested parties, will be interactive and will contain numerous examples from practice accompanied by video and photo presentations.
