Since the upcoming tourism season is around the corner and given that the main problem is the lack of workers, the conference was dedicated to the discussion about where to find workers, how to keep them for the whole season, what is needed to hire foreign workers, how to choose employer and how to motivate and reward workers.

During the conference, the participants also had the opportunity to listen to successful entrepreneurial stories and hear advice that will help them in their daily work: especially much-needed advice on means of financing for small and medium-sized entrepreneurs.

This conference was dedicated to women entrepreneurs in tourism, those who are indirectly related to tourism, women employed in tourism activities, seasonal workers, and students from these areas.
