The workshop is meant to set the basis for the elaboration of guidelines for risk reduction and management of flood emergencies in the Adriatic coast. The guidelines will include recommendations for the Regions on the planning and design of the transformation of the buildings, the monitoring and the defense from the events and the warning systems.
