At the meeting were present all the project partners: University of Ca' Foscari, lead partner, CISET, Ecipa, SIPRO Ferrara, City of Bari, City of Venice, CAST-University of Bologna, Institut za Turizam, Craft College - Institution for adult education Subsidiary Rijeka, Development Agency of the City of Dubrovnik - Dura and Sibenik Tourist board.

The project aims at a sustainable and balanced territorial development through the promotion of tangible and intangible cultural heritage, as a leverage to revitalize the urban and social environment and diversify the local economy.

The meeting provided the opportunity for a first strategic confrontation among the partners, in order to operate a substantial division of roles in the various fields. Furthermore partners outlined a summary technical analysis about the data relating to the tourist flows of the various territories involved, in order to define the most suitable strategies and mobility models to improve the visitor experience in the area. Finally was also defined the Communication Strategy in order to involve all the partners, also underlining the need to adopt the specific indications for the promotional material production and the right uses of the project logo in the different media.
