What do you know about citizen science?

Citizen science is a method of data collecting that use the involvoment of general public or specific stakeholders: it allows the scientific community to access much more data and, at the same time, help to bring the general public closer to science.

More and more, European projects are using this method both to obtain data and to raise awareness.

During this second online event "The involvement of citizens in the conservation of marine environment" we will present projects that have used the citizen science tool for the conservation of our marine ecosystem.
