The kick-off meeting of REMEMBER project “REstoring the MEmory of Adriatic ports sites. Maritime culture to foster Balanced tERritorial growth”, financed under the 1^st Call for Standard projects of Italy-Croatia Programme, will be held in Ancona on 7^th March 2019 at the premises of the National Archaeolgical Museum of Marche, and on 8^th March 2019 at the premises of Central Adriatic Ports Authority, that is the Lead Partner of the project.

The aim of REMEMBER project is to preserve and valorise the rich maritime cultural heritage, tangible and intangible, of 8 Adriatic Italian and Croatian ports sites - Ancona, Ravenna, Venice, Trieste, Rijeka, Zadar, Split and Dubrovnik - as a driver for more competitive and balanced development paths.

The meeting on 7^th March will be the occasion to share among project partners and qualified stakeholders the experience of valorisation of maritime heritage to restore the link between the port and the surrounding territory; on 8^th March the meeting will focus on the technical aspects of project implementation.
