On 7th and 8th February 2018, in Termoli (Molise Region), will take place the Kick-off meeting of the project “Resilience Enhancement of ADriatic basiN from firEand SeiSmic hazards – READINESS”.

The event will start at 9.00 am on February 7th 2018 at the University of Molise (Vespucci hall), in Duca degli Abruzzi street, 67 in Termoli, where the project team members will be introduced and the phasing plan of the project will be illustrated and discussed, in addition the first Steering Commettee will be set up. The Kick-off meeting will continue at the Council hall of the Municipality of Termoli in Sannitica street, 5, where at 5.00 pm the READINESS project will be presented to a wider audiences. The main objective of the public event is to promote project objectives and expected results within the Programme area and beyond, involving relevant policy makers and the presence of the Programme MA/JS and EUSAIR governing board and bodies.

Participants at the Kick-off will meet again on 8 February 2018 moorning, to take part in a conference on the EURSAIR strategy (pillars 1 and 3) and to attend a workshop for the institution of the three task forces envisaged by the READINESS project:

• Task force n.1 Advantaged Training;
• Task force n.2 SPB Seismic Monitoring;
• Task force n. 3 Awareness raise.
