The READINESS project, capitalizing the methodologies, best practices and results of IPA Adriatic HOLISTIC project, is aimed at mitigating the exposure of citizens to fire and seismic hazards, improving the joint emergency services response and implementation of
innovative crisis management procedures. The raising awareness campaigns and the training pilot actions for the civil protection volunteers, citizens and school pupils will be put in place.

Dubrovnik and Neretva Region (DNR) is the southernmost region in Croatia. Marche Region (MR) is a Regional Public Body. Given to the issue of BLUE KEP, MR is involved with the Education, Vocational training, guidance and Job centres network Unit. MR takes part of Euroguidance Italy network. This Unit is in charge the regional job qualification system. MR is focused on developing innovation and entrepreneurial skills on youngsters. The blue growth is a driver of the regional economy and that includes the aim to attract young people into the Blue economy.
