The second project steering committee meeting was held in Rijeka, Croatia, on 3-4 July 2019. One of the main topics of discussion was the Territorial Needs Assessment (TNA), which all partners have elaborated in their respective region and which contain SWOT analysis, future scenarios for the activation of new maritime/multimodal freight links and customs fast corridors, clusterisation and cross-border opportunities, stakeholder mapping and feasibility studies, if needed. The intermediate results of the territorial needs assessments and best practice analysis have been discussed at the meeting. On the second day, a cross-boarder seminar on disruptive technologies applicable to multimodal transport ICT projects was also held.
