This report addresses the current status of some of the main fish and seafood supply chains in Italy and Croatia. It intends to evaluate which species are produced and where, with which fishing gears, where they are traded and consumed. It also evaluates how the price change along the supply chain and how prices are integrated through space and the supply chain.
