In cooperation with the Zadar County, the Istria Fishermen's Cooperative held interesting and short presentations of the topic: The impact of piloted innovative production solutions on the Adriatic fisheries sector. The presentation took place in Pula, on July 9th.

The main topics of the event were:

Description of innovative processing, catch and handling solutions presented by FC Istria and Bivalvia,

Effects of piloted solutions with reflection on Animal welfare, economic and social impact and

Benefits for the Adriatic Fishery sector.

At the end of the presentation, everyone had the opportunity to taste some innovative products prepared by FC Istria.
