The 7 partner of the project (University of Ferrara as LP, University of Split – Faculty of Civil Engineering Architecture and Geodesy, RERA SD, OGS, National Istitute of Geophysics and Volcanology INGV, Municipality of Kastela, Municipality of Ferrara) have met for the biannual coordination meeting on the advancement of the project’s activities.
The meeting was the occasion to review the activities carried out in the first year of the Project and assess the advancement of the work packages.
Furthermore, the activities for the next year have been jointly planned.
In particular, the main topics of the meeting concerned:
- the communication activities involving all the target groups of the project and aimed at raising awareness aboute natural and climatic hazards in Emilia and Dalmatian-Croatian territories;
- the development of multirisk assessment methodology for the typical territorial risks (earthquake, flood, coastal flood and meteotsunami).
Communication is indeed a strategic keypoint of Interreg Projects, and a ''mantra'' of the project official guidelines.
The project will continue until June 2021 developing research activities, networking with all stakeholders and activating a rich dissemination program.
