The purpose of the survey was that to collect feedbacks from pilot users and potential users as passengers to formalize a common methodology over service proposed and to be proposed. Submission has been done on the spot as well as during training seminars. All replies receied have been analyzed as described in the relative deliverable material and officialized to identify final qualitative and quantitative data.
