Participants of workshops will be representatives of regional (local) public authority, representatives of Istrian cities: Pazin, Buzet and Vodnjan, Municipalities Žminj and Svetvinčenat, local Tourist boards, as well as other stakeholders from the public and private sectors. The aim of the Regional event and 5th workshop is through the participatory approach, come up with the idea of how to increase the attractiveness of Istria inland areas, and put that concept into reality. During the event, family farms and local producers, who will be included in the tourist itinerary, will present their indigenous Istrian products that all visitors will have the opportunity to taste.
The event will be rounded off by an occasional tasting of Istrian cattle - Boškarin, using traditional Istrian food, prepared by Chef Robert Perić for the occasion.
