Inland: a hidden treasure to protect, an unexploited capital to enhance.

On Thursday, September 26th, at conference "Looking into the inland", that is organised by Zadar County Development Agency ZADRA NOVA we will be looking towards the potential our inland holds, thanks to its natural and cultural resources. We will present the MADE IN-LAND project which is being realized and financed within Interreg Italy - Croatia Programme, and whose main objective is protection and valorisation of natural and cultural unexploited capital of inland areas of partner regions of Croatia and Italy.

Besides, interesting speakers from the tourism sector will tell us more on how they've been working on the rural and inland area development using tourism as a platform in Zadar and Kvarner region.

Finally, panel-discussions will detect and reveal some ways of redirecting tourism demand from coastal to inland areas and point-out how thematic routes can contribute to that process. This discussions will gather stakeholders from different areas: University of Zadar, travel agencies, public sector and small and medium entrepreneurs from Zadar inland area.
