Project M.A.R.I.O. (Management of Actions to Reduce the outmIgration of yOung educated people) aims to tackle the issue of outward migration in the involved territories of young educated people as an integrated territorial development strategy, by improving the knowledge of all decision makers on the multidimensional phenomenon, their ability to cooperate at vertical and horizontal level within an integrated governance approach, involving the target groups and stakeholders in identifying the problem and co-design measures and solutions to tackle, reduce or revert the trend.
