On November 20, 2021., the final conference was held as part of the project "Boosting INVESTments in INnovation of SMEs along the entire FISHery and aquaculture value chain - INVESTINFISH".

The conference was held in Ferrari (Italy) during the International Sealogy Fair, which is entirely dedicated to the blue economy. At the final conference, the goals and results of the project were presented, as well as pilot projects implemented in partner areas, and a round table was organized for companies benefiting from pilot activities to share their experiences and knowledge. Namely, the goal of the INVESTINFISH project is to strengthen the competitiveness of the production system in the fisheries and aquaculture sectors by promoting investment programs aimed at acquiring innovative services. During the implementation of the project a pool of 48 companies, 8 for each pilot area were involved in the project through pilot activities carried out with the aim of creating innovative products and processes that would improve the position of these companies in the market.
