INTESA National Event: how technology can change the safety of navigation in the Adriatic and Ionian Sea

On 16th December was held in Rome the INTESA National Event: a half day focused on how technology can change the safety of navigation in the Adriatic and Ionian Sea.

The event indeed gave the opportunity to deepen, thanks to the presence of high level speakers from  Ministry of sustainable infrastructures and mobility, Italian Coast Guard, Croatian Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure, International Port Community Systems Association, Slovenian Maritime Administration and Montenegro Administration for Maritime Safety and Port Management, the need to guarantee the operational continuity for ports and the safety of navigation in every meteomarine condition. The international cooperation about this topic is crucial and the EU’s willingness to invest in this respect is vital for the development of the logistic industry in the Adriatic and Ionian region.
