ECOMOBILITY will foster the innovative traffic management system in the coastal areas by collecting the environmental data from monitoring stations located around the cities and streaming the information to traffic management bodies in real time thus capitalizing the main results of the POSEIDON project. The activities will be also focused on raising the knowledge about the shipping impact on the air quality and producing tools to be used in the cross-border area

Lecce Divison
The Institute of Atmospheric Sciences and Climate (ISAC-CNR) aims at an integrated scientific understanding of the atmospheric processes combining scientific and technological skills in meteorology, climate, atmospheric dynamics and composition. The Division of Lecce, involved in ECOMOBILITY, has a plurennial experience in characterisation of atmospheric pollution and impacts to climate and human health of natural and anthropogenic sources using advanced experimental and modelling tools.

Environmental Health Department / Teaching Institute of Public Health
Faculty of Medicine of the University of Rijeka was founded in 1955 and it has grown since into a highly educational and scientific institution with reputation in Croatia and abroad. Environmental Health Department of the faculty is located in the regional Teaching Institute of Public Health, dealing with environmental and hygienic issues for almost 120 years, including climate and air pollution, the latter being dealt within the project ECOMOBILITY.
