This document contains the work plan of the passenger pilot Application for data flows management manged by PP7 - Port of Rijeka Authority. The pilot  goal is to establish a monitoring system using a highly modular, ready to go, compact surveillance solution, consisting of video and fixed lens thermal cameras, which is ideal for short to medium range surveillance applications, capable to exactly pinpoint every small vessel or other vehicle present or approaching the passenger terminal.
