The report compared each pilot activity results at the end of the WP4, and finally evaluated with a cross border approach the effectiveness of the implemented Wetland Contracts in reference to the following components and indicators: (I) biodiversity, water quality, ecosystem services, protection level; (ii) actors engagement (are the engaged actors key stakeholders for the focused process?); (iii) effectiveness of the tool; (iv) financial coverage for designed measures and actions; (v) positive and negative impacts.
