The success of the capitalisation process is largely based on the quality and potential for
replication of outputs. Concrete outputs or deliverables can be referred as solutions such as
tools (e.g. Web portal, packages of products, business models, scoreboard tool, etc.),
methodological approaches and strategies, guidance papers, etc. developed by the projects.
As a general rule, not all ETC project outputs/deliverables are intended to be capitalised,
because they may be too specific, have limited added value compared to what is being
developed elsewhere, etc.
Therefore, in order to understand whether an output can be capitalised, it is necessary to
analyse certain aspects that can be captured by some capitalisation criteria.
In this online webinar, Cluster projects are thus invited to make a strategic reflection on the possibility to capitalise some outputs of the Standard / Standard + projects (maximum 3).
To describe outputs potential re-usability and transferability, projects should try to give explanations in relation to the criteria indicated in the excel file for each selected output.
Projects are then asked to present the results of this exercise during the meeting.
