CHARGE 2nd STC in Rijeka

II° Steering Committee of CHARGE Project was held at the Hotel Continental in Rijeka as the hosting partner was Intermodal Transport Cluster, on 30th November 2018.

II° Steering Committee of CHARGE Project was held at the Hotel Continental in Rijeka as the hosting partner was Intermodal Transport Cluster, on 30th November 2018.

All the partners were present, except the the Port of Ple Authority’s representatives (PP4).

Marijan Cukrov (KIP – PP3), as a hosting PP, welcomed all the attendees, and give floor to Ms. Manuela Bistofi, representative of Lead Partner RAM, who also greet all partners and present advisory group members.

 

Miguel Carrero, external assistance of LP started meeting with the first presentation about Project management and coordination activities.

As for WP2, Vittorio Giorgetti (Giocom) started introducing himself, as a communication manager of the Charge project, and his company – Giocom. They are contracted by Central Adriatic Ports Authority as an external expert for communication activities.

Cukrov (KIP) presented WP3 – Elimination or Reduction of Bottlenecks through the Harmonization of Data. He first presented 2 main activities of this work package and their status: 3.1 Shared methodology for the harmonization of collected data in the Adriatic ports; 3.2 Identification of main physical and non-physical bottlenecks in the Adriatic area; 3.3 – Action plan on the development of specific missing link or service for the development of the MoS.

Ana Matulić (SPA – PP5) started its presentation with the overview of the activities to be done, responsible partners and allocated budgets: 4.1 Joint market analysis to assess traffic potential market between Adriatic ports; 4.2 – Upgrading of existing port community systems for the efficiency of the logistic chain.

Mencarelli (LP – RAM) presented WP 5 objective and foreseen activities.
