The CHARGE project, approved in the framework of the 1st Cal for Proposals - Standard+ projects, is organizing the Kick off event in Venice on 9th of May at 9:00 at the premises of North Adriatic Sea Port Authority (Zona Portuale Santa Marta, Fabbricato 13).
The purpose of this kick-off meeting is to give to all the project partners the opportunity to introduce and present their organizations, as well as to define roles and contributions those will play for the successful project implementation.
During the KoM a special session will be dedicated to the 1st Steering Commitee meeting and to the setting up of the Steering Committee group of the project. The purpose of the meeting is to give to all the project partners the opportunity to clarify and share: activities proposed and planned on all work packages, the sequence of activities' implementation, responsibilities expected from the cross-border project team during the project life-cycle.
