On November 11th, 2021, the final conference of CHANGE WE CARE project was held in virtual mode from 09:00 to 13:15. About a hundred people, including representatives of Universities, Research Institutes, Agencies, Associations, Public Authorities and related entities, citizens and press, participated in this final event which represented an opportunity for reflection and in-depth analysis of the issues concerning the impacts of climate change on coastal zones in order to identify proper adaptation measures. The document contains the follow up report of the event.
